Office Procedures
Our state-of-the-art outpatient procedure suites are equipped to treat patients for acute pain management, including epidurals and other minimally-invasive procedures.
Pain Management
Epidural injections are a major tool in effectively treating chronic back pain in cases where surgical intervention is not necessary and/or can be prevented.
Intervertebral Differential Dynamics® (IDD)
A new a less invasive option for the treatment of acute or chronic low back and neck pain including: herniated disc, degenerative disc disease, sciatica or protruding disc. This painless process decompresses the nerve roots and promotes healing.
Facet Rhizotomy
The goal of a facet rhizotomy is to provide pain relief by "shutting off" the pain signals that the joints send to the brain. Using a local anesthetic and x-ray guidance, a needle with an electrode at the tip is placed along side the small nerves to the facet joint. The electrode is then heated, with a technology called radiofrequency, to deaden these nerves that carry pain signals to the brain.
